When I interviewed my current broker she named about 5 more agents in the office that are players!

There are lots of Denver Colorado players.

They didn't even bother to look anywhere than the meter well...not the hole dug by plumber.My renters went without water.

You have Marshal law in Texas we are liberal here in Oregon :)Bonding around this type of action is RARE as hen teeth and just won't happen  the only way that would happen is if the person that wanted to bond around it,  Was a Major and I mean major player in the RE business and strong armed the title company. and Remember we don't use attorneys here in Oregon or the west coast to fight these battles.

Attend your local REIA meeting  and find the big players and ask what do they buy and where do they buy.

But on the other hand if all is working well and not too old and your not the only one in town using oil; why bother to switch it out.   

Down here in South Florida we don't seem to be bothered too much by them.But I have a northerner who's a new tenant and she gets freaked out by them.She considers outside lizards a "pest". 

I'd read a lot about some folks who don't bother with MLS listings due to the competition and/or mark-up and the slow turn around of info.  

I've begun to assemble my investment team power players while prospecting and locating two potential buyers before I've located the property!

Check into your local REI meetings, your local property management companies, find out who the big players are.
