We struggle to find building/locations to host trainings for contractors, presentations for architects, etc. where we can demonstrate product uses and show real world conditions.

Airbnb also sends out updates if you're a host in a particular city, as they're incentivized to stay on top of updates as well.

If something happens with the jeep, as the examples given here, I would handle it just as another Turo host would.

I believe New York and California require short-term hosts to allow an ESA, but you may be allowed to charge extra for it because of cleaning requirements.

Your goal should always be to achieve the "super host" status with Airbnb.

So to negate my risks, I got my short term license made sure it all legal, got a little extra insurance policy, any of furniture and decorations I bought I'm sure I can sell if need, and I'm currently looking at different software packages/ platforms that I can host the property on the various channels (VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, etc) to get a more exposure.
