I know of instances that a plumber has worked on a old unit, then a month later the unit burst thus destroying flooring and such.

Airbnb is also work, and if you don't do it yourself then you are probably paying someone a lot to do it for you which can destroy any profit.I guess there are a lot of factors you want to consider but it basically comes down to your goals and what you want to take on.

Irrespective of whether the city allows it, it is cruel to the dog, usually destroys the yard and becomes manifest in behavior problems like barking and aggressiveness.

I have contacted people their to be my Boots on the Ground team, I use various web sites to do my dudiligence on the properties to make sure it fits what the Investors wont and then let them know what I have under contract and see if they like it.
