Annual walkthru inspection on rentals
I own several rental properties in the Ohio area. Just thinking whether or not to start doing a annual walk thru prior to lease renewal. Any thoughts? Thank you.

@Michelle Fox I never let anyone renew without doing an inspection. For the last several years, I have hired a licensed inspector to do the Inspections, and I can accompany him at any property, best way to see what is going on, and Not going on. You can sorta pass the buck to the inspector if you feel uncomfortable because it's a third party professionally doing the inspecting. BTW, everybody gets a copy of the inspection!
