What are some marketing strategies that other PM have used in their respective market to help grow their door count.

A lot of people use a hybrid MTR/STR strategy, especially if you're in a seasonal market.

This is a personal investors strategy, not a broad accepted metric.

We have used this strategies a few times before, but that is because we knew that we would have the revenue pay it off far before the intro period ended.
