New BRRRRS strategist looking for connections

Hey all,

I am looking to complete my first real estate investment in 2024 and hoping to connect with local individuals in the space. I reside in Woodland and looking to talk shop primarily about flips, and BRRRRS although I am still yet to determine my exact direction and open to other strategies. Although I am new to the game, I am a small business owner with natural knowledge along the lines of construction and contracting.
