This is how I was able to go from knowing nothing to owning 30 properties in 10 years.I would love to know your house hacking story if you are willing to share it.

There are lots of people that love them because typically the tenant takes care of everything and all you do is have your own insurance. 

Also if anyone else has some advice on best ways to screen the tenants to reduce the risk of bad ones I'd love to hear your thoughts.Thanks AgainJim
