Also I enjoy watching the webinars at my leisure and also the calculators are GREAT!

Hello happy friday everybodyI've watching this guy joe mccall webinars the past 3 or 4 days.

My name is Eleena and after almost two years of lurking, I've decided to finally create a user profile on this site.I've attended real estate boot camps and webinars, joined the local REIA, read the books, listened to the Bigger Pockets and other RE podcasts, etc.

Most of what I have read and listened to advise against starting here, but, again, it all depends on the variables at play and your personal situation.There are so many great resources out there from books to podcasts to BiggerPockets blogs/forums/webinars/members (so you are in the right place there!).

I was watching a webinar last week on BP hosted by Brandon Turner in which he recommended an ROI of at least 8%, but more like 12% or 15%. 

I'm not saying a hate my profession, I just know that it can't solely support my goals of financial freedom and leaving a legacy for my family.Over the holiday break I attended Brandon's webinar "How a Newbie Can Start Building Wealth Through Real Estate" and I must say I was impressed and motivated into taking action to improving my life.

I went to one of his webinars and he talks about how a great agent: 1) is relationship-based 2) generates leads 3) is knowledgeable 4) keeps in touch with clients 5) is efficient and 6) makes sure business is business.

You definately need to consult an attorney before you move forward.. jail time comes to mind if you mess up.I see a bunch of "private money" webinars advertized by the gurus - might be worth checking out someone who is in the business.

But the upsell webinars are always free anyway.
