Something we have started doing is creating training videos on the jobs we do, so training a new staff member won't take 100% of our time.  

Also looking for good videos or podcast episodes to listen to on the subject. 

The only items on my mind at 16 were football practice, girls, video games, and girls.  

Now with a house almost paid off and the ability to ingest YouTube videos as well as blogs, I've decided this is the time to learn all I can and move into real estate.
