I been watching some youtube videos and listening to biggerpockets podcast but its like listening to a different language.

I watched the series of videos and I know that "any deal can be a good deal if you play with the numbers"... but its not that easy when you aren't sure what each number should be.

You have to go through the proper channels though to evict, per your state laws as well as the contract you have with the Housing Authority...

@Greg Dickerson you do make a good point, establishing the skills and channels necessary to find deals will be valuable regardless of whether I'm wholesaling or flipping.I will explore that option a bit more and continue networking and learning along the way.
