We were looking at some land up the road from there.Cosby is a little out there so personally I wouldn't invest in STRs unless they were off 321.That area is nice and quiet though.My best ROIs have been in Cosby.

PS - if you are looking to invest out of state, my best advice is finding an investor friendly real estate agent and someone who invests in real estate themselves because they can plug you in with their systems, processes, real estate team such as GCs, PMs, lenders, etc
