- Did not outlaw originating financing to occupants, but it greatly restricted it to 3 per rolling 12 months examption if you qualify, no balloons less than 5 yrs, put upper limits on interest rate, template for how to qualify IE verify Ability To Repay, doc to be collected for the file, late fees of 4% max and 15 days after due date to be late, 120 days late to be delinquent...
