there is a very unique phenomenon that is occurring as a result of the mtg meltdown in 08.  

This outfit will presumably specialize in certain markets and verticals as well where the people running the portal understand it all well.  

Bellingham is unique in that many more people rent than own, likely due to the transitional nature of the town.

One of the houses became available and we are presently outfitting it to do Airbnb over the holidays and will see how it goes.

However, each of these presents their own unique challenges so research well.  

The guest's unique code starts working at 3pm on the day of the guest arrival and stops working at 11am on the day of departure.  

The location does seem to be unique which further complicates valuing the property.We have a team that is working on a distressed Milwaukee portfolio that should be familiar with the area so I will ask what they think.
