My husband and I both work full-time jobs so we would definitely need to rely on contractors to do much of the work.

Trying to start an investment business with a partner and we do have enough capital that we don't need to rely on an investor for the first few deals we do (we're planning on flipping and along the way pick up a few multi families to buy and hold).

Not sure how this translates to Cozy.

I don't want to "waste" this lead, and understand that not every lead translates into a deal. 

I'm a realtor/investor but also am increasing my list of buyers who rely on me to assist them with their strategies.  

I operate under the assumption that while people looking for places check marketplaces, they most often rely on friends (and their friends aren't checking out zillow for no reason!) 

With all the tools and calculators for financial analysis, which ones would you rely on more heavily for SFR and small multi-units?

I'm out of state, so I rely on the property manager to keep the houses in nice condition and keep good tenants in place.

And, there was also the issue that this Bobo gained the confidence of that motivated seller from acting as a broker, so that led the borrower to the trust they relied upon in dealing with her.

I wouldn't rely on Zillow.
