Gaining a better understanding of supply/demand, pricing, and taxes helps tremendously in any form of business.I believe you can be very successful in real estate if you go into it with an economic mindset.

Buy low and sell low.The guy dropped the price 20k and I got the email from MLS at 2am, was still awake, emailed my realtor to visit in the morning around 10am, and was already the 3rd offer....

And now, the new one has either disappeared or is simply no longer interested in managing this property, since they have not responded to my emails or phone calls in almost a week, and 1 June is right around the corner.At this point I'd like to simply start over and find a third one.

You can email, have them print, sign and overnight them to you. 

I use Google - Sheets, Calendar, Tasks, Email, Website.

I really enjoy listening to the podcasts while in my car and the weekly emails with blog links. 

It is not just about forwarding an email.
