Property management software suggestions

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums and have been looking around and I can't seem to find any discussions about the best property management software for vacation rental owners to use. We are in the process of purchasing a vacation rental with a website but I'm not sure what pms they are using. Just wanted to look into what is available and what works best so I am prepared after we close. Thanks Henry
