If you never give up you will succeed.

You'll get success stories from speakers who tell you how wonderful it's been for them, but who know little or nothing about your local market and what it takes to actually succeed there.

lt IS more important to learn what you don't know and it is not about maximizing profits at the beginning of your career.What you learn from Phil or any other mentor will be extremely valuable down the road.Be humble, heed your mentor/s advice, grind it out, use your skills in mathematics to evaulate deals deals better than most, and succeed massively.

Each road block I hit, each friend/family member/person that tells me I'm crazy or I won't succeed is just fuel to my fire.

Whether these laws will actually succeed in protecting them is up for debate.

The great thing is about the REI community is that 99.999% of us always want to help each other and watch each other succeed and create something much bigger than ourselves!
