Hi BP Community,I am getting starting in note investors and as I continue to educate myself on the aspects that I need to get a good system started, I am having trouble understand who are the vendors I can trust in order to establish a good deal flow.

Seems this is something they’ve been looking for an excuse to do for a while, in my opinion.Side Note: somebody purchased the house for them and has some sort of seller financing deal.

I've done a fair amount of background reading on the topic, but am looking for a lawyer with experience structuring real estate equity/debt deals to help me draft operating agreements and promissory notes as well as provide some guidance on my Private Capital strategy.Thanks in advance for the recommendations!

It may mean passing special assesments which not all owners will be able to pay; note that this is more 'predatory' as some may be 'forced' out.Oren

Agreed as everyone noted above. 

(I should note that my specialty is actually business brokerage (the purchase and sale of active and established businesses with cash-flow) and not directly property sales.)
