Property manager in metro Phoenix market

Hello, I’m a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. I’m looking to purchase my first rental unit in the area. One aspect I’m having difficulty with is identifying a strong property management company in the area and I was hoping someone with active properties in the area could make a referral. Thank you for your help!

(I should note that my specialty is actually business brokerage (the purchase and sale of active and established businesses with cash-flow) and not directly property sales.)
