Cleveland can be a very tricky market for out of state investors to navigate.

Hey Lance, I'm a broker and I've worked with quite a few out of state investors helping them secure property from a distance.

Louis, but I do have experience BRRRRing in a rust belt city.I think the challenge has less to do with the rise in prices, and more about how you will supervise a BRRRR from out of state.  

I would also threaten to report the agent to the state board that governs real estate licensing.

I've been investing out of state since 2009.

Why do I say this, the last course of his 'Your Deals, My Dollars', he states he has thousands of investors eager for their 'next deal'.

I started researching markets out of state and was interested in Cleveland so we booked a flight.

As far as the early pay off, loans can be structured with different prepayment penalties depending on the lender and state the property is located.

They have good options in those states...better than CA.
