In order to eventually start investing in real estate after receiving my pilot job, I would like to learn more about investing.

I'm saying be careful where you put it, because if you make the wrong choice you could lose your home due to not being able to pay the taxes, etc...e.

Start with formulating your new layout around any existing plumbing sources, and then go through the same questions outlined above.  

A high yield savings is a good start. 

The little triangle would start to turn for a while and then it would stop.  

I have a Schlage Encode lock on 1 property, using Remotelock and integrated with OwnerRez for code purposes, etc. works great for over a year.just started a new property a month ago.

IMHO, starting at $150 was way generous, and I'd stick to that number.NOTE:  If they actually couldn't stay in the property, they could claim that against their renter's insurance--that's one of the reasons it's there, and why we require it on every rental.  

You can start by reaching out to independent insurance agents who work with multiple carriers and can provide quotes from various companies still willing to insure rental properties in high-risk areas.

When you're first starting out, set your prices 20-30% below market value.
