Tod,Funny :DBut on a more serious note, we have had a few pols come visit my day job and give a brief speech followed by Q&A session; they don't like the Q's I ask (and I am one of the few in the crowd of several hundred who will actually ask something challenging to put them on the spot) :wink:So the pols don't want me around them.

I was thinking of creating a 'form' by Google Docs and in the move-in inventory check-list mention that any requests can be submitted at www.linkhere.com.2) If you send the plumber let's say to do some repairs, do you get the tenant to sign-off on the spot before the plumber leaves that it's been satisfactorily repaired?

Now, if the idea of an addition in that spot is a good one and adding one, properly, would significantly increase the value of the house more than construction costs, consider redoing it.

There is no short cut IMO that is ethical.Signing up with a company to establish credit for you usually involves taking out lines of credit in less than an ethical manner and anyone who can actuallt read a credit report (beyond the score) can spot fluff and turn you down anyway.Your credit score is a reflection of your good name and your word.

You're spot on, Bill, thanks (and I'm glad I solicited a 2nd post out of you. :-)Citimortgage:* 30 year fixed = 4.75% + 1.75 pts, or about 5.375% if you finance the pts.* Must have 6 mths cash reserves on all properties (Fannie standard)* LTV will actually go to 75%* Only 1 and 2-unit properties, no 3's or 4's* Lender fees of $665 (this is very competitive)* He stated up front will be lengthy underwriting, having to verify operating results on 5+ properties* Will loan down to $10K, believe it or not.
