I have been hitting some road blocks and I just don't know what it means.

I am not quite sure how I am going to start down this road yet, but I've joined this community eager to learn and take in as much information as possible.

Good on you for taking the high road and not letting the negative get to you.

Increase income by wholesaling deals or some other avenue to build capital to invest in deals later down the road.

You could then refinance with a VA loan 2 years down the road when you have the rental history. 

I made a good buy there but am looking to get into SFH/MULTI in some KC area's and need to form a power team as I work on the road all the time.

The Hall Road shopping area.

So make them aware of my presence in such a way that I'm the go to guy later down the road.

Especially with the property being directly on a main road.
