And I suppose there’s an amount of cash flow that I’d would care about appecation, to me the specific property you picked just is kind of in my personal opinion the worst of both worlds limited cash flow that could easily be wiped away by a vacancy or expense and limited upside.

We'd need to know much more to give you specific answers, but in general- I know LOTS of investors who regretted selling properties becuase they were only looking at the numbers today- they missed out on tons of equity growth and future cash flow .You can sell a property any time you want- now...three months from now, twenty years for now, etc.
