Mine charges me random amounts - could be $50 to assemble a piece of furniture (reasonable) but then $30 to hang a picture (1 nail!).

I see investors discussing a long list of headaches for a small $200k single family and the financial return often isn't worth it.

If they want to charge you $15k- $20k for just structural, find another.
