If you're a licensed agent, you should NOT be involved in wholesaling since it's' obviously counterintuitive to a client's best interests - selling the home for the most money. 

@Dylan Ritch Regardless of if you want to sell the home, rent it out (LTR or STR) etc., it's going to benefit you to have the home optimized.

Once you know your location, understand what properties are selling for and see if you can afford the turnkey ones.
