Just got word that the City Council is considering an ordinance that would make it unlawful or discrimination to exclude section 8 applicants from the application process.  

If so, do you record the HELOC interest in "other expenses" on schedule E or combine them on "mortgage interest" section?

It doesn't stick out onto the side walk.I've been reading through the laws and a corner can't have a curb cut within 50 feet of it. 

Once the information is displayed it will list the section #, block # and etc that can be used when looking up in county clerk's website. 

I highly recommend that a buyer has an agent in their corner to help facilitate a purchase. 

Will I be able to live in one side and rent the other side to a section 8 tenant ?
