This will take more time, but you capture more equity and cash flow and therefore can scale much faster.As others have talked about, syndication is relatively hands-off, but you do need to spend your nights and weekends vetting the companies you will give money to.

The benefit for me was that by slow rolling into this, it made my wife much more comfortable in the initial couple of years and now she is fully on board with scaling and continuing to grow our portfolio.
