My wife and I have officially closed and have moved into our new home in Cedarburg, Wisconsin! Our new place is almost an exact copy and paste of our first 2 unit property. If you include the unit we are living in, that brings us up to 4 total rental units we own and manage. As our goal is to acquire 1 small 2-4 unit multifamily a year for the next 8 years, we are well on track to sustainably and manageably scale to reach our goals. 🏡🔨🏡
