However on the flip side there are many many very successful investors on this site.... its just navigating those that are all talk and no action or ... those that are just scammers plain and simple.. the scammers hammer this site on the lending side...

@Scott LunnThere are all sorts of spreadsheets in the Fileplace (under Resources in the blue navigation bar) and if you have Numbers, it will open Excel documents.Hope that helps.
