I guarantee people in your area make any and all of those techniques work for them.  

If you do go forward, I would recommend requiring the seller to use a remediation company and get something signed from the company saying that the property is safe to live in.

Your money is not safe with EquityBuild OR Hard Money Company.

Just make sure everything is individually wrapped.Furnish the kitchen with dishwasher-safe everything.

And that's not a knock on dominicans because i have plenty of friends from the DR but that neighborhood, I don't feel too safe walking around at night.

I am not entirely sure if it is safe to bid for those properties.

I'm also going to build covered entryways so as guests, workers and visitors should be safe when entering my upcoming project...

., Those are in the high ball park for a safe harbor reverse.

@ Scott K, what is your deal with Detroit...geeze it seems like whenever you have something to say about the city its something bad...granted you don't like it but when you start to attack the residents you sound like an ignorant racist..EVERYONE from the city are not "HOOD RATS"  But when you stay in Madison Heights and probably scared to cross over the city lines you will most likely say those things..obviously if you go downtown where you feel safe you will probably say ignorant things like that.
