Asking why there is this fee or why there is that fee is similar to asking why a restaurant charges $18 for this meal or $24 for that meal. 

This zipcode is great in my opinion because you are not paying a premium to be south of the 215 freeway for zips like 89012 and 89052 and 89044. but you are still close enough to those areas to take advantage of the restaurants and shopping etc without a far drive.

As long as it's a nice restaurant or a lodging, I think they will always be allowed.

The food and drink scene here is great and there are lots of mom and pop shops instead of big chain stores.
