Do your research, take your time.

I think once we do a bit more research we will make a decision and keep moving in one direction.

I bought a license and installed it myself on my server and configured it myself as well.That is why it looks as bad as it does.I have done more research and think I might have to go with MovableType as my blog software, not sure yet.Has anybody got contacts to a company or individual that is experienced in Blog software customization etc that I could hire for the re-implementation of the software?

i have purchased two properties at tax sale and here is what i have learned....RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH...every so often you will come by a real gem but ask why this house is going into tax reversion...you will find there is generally a GOOD reason why the owner just stopped paying taxes.

BTW, I do know how to use the search function so I'll try and research before pulling the trigger.

I worked as a critical care nurse for almost 20 years until I got into REI and there were unethical people in my the hospital setting as well as when I did clinical research.

What you say makes a lot of sense.There are so many nuances as to how to get into REI I think your fairly simple approach should work well and give me time to do the research as I ease into this.

Marcello- You stated you've already done some good research on your area, so I'll start with that.I disagree with the comment from David 110%!

Be straight forward and honest and let them know you are doing research on what to expect and ask their advice on pitfalls to avoid getting started.Any other time spent worrying about market share is wasted energy in my opinion.
