I find a lot of brokers just want you to represent buyers and sellers and take their cut.

First, call a broker that represents many companies.

Before we became agents in Mass we worked with an agent and we still work with an agent out of state who represents our interests when we're not around...Out of state is more complicated of course but qualities will be similar.
