For example, if it was a ten year lease starting in 2017, then you would need to honor it through 2027 - if there was also tenant options to renew then those also would need to be required to be honored.

I did this a few years ago and it still looks good as new, but I recently read that its not recommended to use fix-it-all on the exterior of the home because it can absorb the moisture in the air and further rot the wood.
