Is I listen to live ATC.... so when you know all the short hand you can pop on listen to the flight crews and then understand how quick it goes and how much communication happens with 3 letters. 

Not every purchase/wholesale is going to be the perfect vacant house that you can turn quickly.

Would consider larger complex if available.Financing is in place, and able to close quickly.

If I do not get enough calls pretty quick, I do a paid ad on Facebook targeting specifics that fit my property.
