If you have the budget and can tolerate the expense while you sort out and determine an acceptable ROI from your online and offline efforts you may get past your dependency on bandit  signs and become part of a legitimate established marketing system.You might find some useful material by searching Dan Kennedy's site or others known for direct response marketing.

Also, the deductibles I experienced were in the $5,000 range so a separate tool policy or inland marine endorsement may be appropriate if you supply some tools/materials but not enough to warrant filing a claim given the deductible.

People in other countries realize that and they just jump in to US market for investment.Material commodities pricing is all time low just like oil, expecting material will rebound and that make  material so expensive to build new houses... all these indicate we still have room to grow, again if something big going on under the hood like "BIG SHORTS", then i am not sure... :)

At the first REIA meeting I went to I taped 10% off lowes coupons to my business cards (back in the day you could get them from the post office but they have kinda killed that loophole), today at a REIA someone had stapled business cards to a pair of new gloves, The goal is to make your message memorable… Here is a photo from a promotion I did last year… I went around to several bank locations and pulled $3,000 in one dollar bills… This photo was taken just over the halfway point.
