Sorry, I just realized that @Dave Foster was not replying as it was actually @Natalie Kolodij and she is correct.I have to figure out a way to gain the celebrity status @Dave Foster enjoys as he is certainly well respected in this Forum and it is well deserved for sure.

@Leo Popescu I think everybody was blowing hot air, and doubt that many people are actually going to do that, even the celebrities that said they were are now backpedaling and saying they aren't moving except one or two, everybody is blowing this way out of proportion and nobody really knows what is going to happen.

I'm working on getting an acceptable photo for my profile. 

I would love a way to save an article within my profile, so I could go back and reference it when I had more time.

Your profile job says you are a real estate agent....so my advice is to not participate in wholesaling, unless you plan on taking ownership of the property and then reselling it.
