New investor from Louisiana
My name is Brandon Howard. i am currently living in south Louisiana. I am a shift worker for a local plant and have a few co-workers who have invested in small rental homes as part of their retirement plan. I thought this might be a great idea since I'm only 32 and have a long time until retirement. I would like to own maybe 5 or 6 duplexes and multiplexes by the time i am 55. Not enough to retire off of, but enough to supplement my retirement income.
i am on BP to gain knowledge and connections in the real estate community for my area and maybe beyond.
