I specialize in buying distressed properties, rehabbing them, and then selling or renting them for positive cash flow.

Guests love having the option to log in their favorite streaming service, so make sure guests have that available in your STR! 

If that is the case, then your options to sand and re-finish are limited....the real wood part is only 1/4", if that, so the sanding cannot be too aggressive.
