Stay away from gurus and people who charge you for their “expertise” in the beginning  so much free info out there  Its exciting to see how investors grow in this journey, and I’m sure you’ll build valuable connections along the way- Bigger pockets is a gold mine.

So how has the spreadsheet been working for you?

We would use it 1 week a year (like we do now) so the 3K we'd normally pay would be used by the condo and the occasional get away during off-season.

So I'm wondering if he's just not too familiar.

Kevin this is great but marketing post room fill wont mean much so I wouldnt worry too much on it being perfect. 

Hello Everyone,I posted in another area on BP and was instructed that I should be doing classifieds, although I have seen helpful responses on Bigger Pockets in the past in regards to STRs so thought I would try this page. 

In the event that one tenant goes crazy and tries to sue me, I want to have a legal separation between the entities so they are insulated from legal recourse on all of them.

It's a fixer upper but not too much room for big repair dollars given comps so would want to get some concession on purchase price if possible.Thanks!
