I am a contractor, and even though I am new to Biggerpockets, I am not new to construction and contracting!

I have a great contractor and my cost is 300K per lot and after build value is 460K.

I've grown up around real estate my entire life (my dad is a general contractor), and I found my personal interest in real estate through work I've done at various internships while at law school.

Hello all I’m looking for a good lawyer that deals with home insurance/ bad contractors in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Only hire licenced and insured contractors.

I am looking to have drywall placed over plaster and was wondering if anyone in the Indianapolis area has a contractor that is reputable and has done drywall over plaster previously.

Additionally, the contractor collect all the proceeds from the claim payout. 

Two of the Three complexes I own were rehabbed in 2015 with all major systems replaced and I verified with permits and contractor invoices.

For instance, I don't need an inspector to tell me that my building in Berwyn has old galvanized plumbing that will cause problems.

I am in the process of closing on a primary residence through conventional financing.I have a unsecured line of credit, that i occasionally move money into my main checking account, when I pay contractors for work on rentals etc.
