I do understand the thinking of many investors, "okay, there is some law against everything, so what, I'll take my chances for the rewards" I really understand risks, thing is, you might get away with anything for 1,001 deals, might never get caught, then again you could screw up and get fried of the third deal or even the next one. :)

If you let it slide they will test you even more just like little kids to see how much you will allow them to get away with.
