With enough rentals you can have nearly complete freedom; make a nice monthly income; and build significant wealth in a relatively short period of time (a few years).

So here's the story...My girlfriend and I, allong with 2 other friends of mine, live in a very nice appartment.

While a lot of lessons were learned on that one, I made a pretty nice profit and continued from there with several more properties.

I purchased a second property 4 years ago with 21 acres and a nice older ranch house which I rented out for 2 years.

They also have a nice free little property management tool attached to it that allows you to create web ads and a nice little button to post the ad to craigslist.

Im actually thinking about starting a a retail teak furniture store in this area.

Remember, those color flyers and signs out on Saturday for Sunday plus good ads are part of deal.I just held an open house for my nice rental house.

The "typical" home I've seen is a 1800 sq/ft all brick home built in 1920 with recent updating work done (nice kitchen, hardwood floors, etc...) with a likely purchase price of $260k and a value of $380k.

I've been toying with the idea of furniture made entirely of reinforced concrete (poured right into the floor so the tenants can't steal it).
