The rat race of the technology vertical is proving to be quite exhausting. 

There’s a ton of technology in the space to enable remote self management which can jack up your returns as the going rate for prop mgt is 20%+ of gross revenue.

It does need some renovations due to the old layout to change into a more modern home.

Is it a good size now and a simple refresh can make it look new and modern?

Hanover continues to modernize the city which tends to tell you there are more opportunities for flips than rentals but the continued growth of logistic facilities have driven people to the area.
