Austin does have positive cash flow investments but with a solid 50 year history of slow and steady appreciation along with huge job growth still to come with major firms like Amazon, Oracle, and a enormous UT Medical Research Center that will bring tens of thousands of new jobs, the future is very bright and some of the prices reflect that potential growth.

Now, you should, of course, have EVIDENCE of the disability (ie: here is the file folder containing the doctor's note concerning my disability, I will show it to you from a distance, so you know it exists, before I put this PRIVAT MEDICAL RECORD back in the file folder).

I would concur that the US economy is a freight train, but right now I'm not feeling convinced that the price appreciation we've seen isn't largely from falling interest rates and government intervention.

In addition, another student who lives in the house has allergies, and may or may not have medical issues with living with a dog.On the one hand, I know that a "real" service dog is going to be much better trained and behaved than a random pet, so I might be ok with it.
