Within the last 6-24 months there have been several thousand high paying jobs added to our market including airport mechanics . medical field ( 3 new hospitals being built or $80-500M dollar additions )  utility companies - high paying manf jobs etc...3.)

You would want to hold onto it and wait for a better market to sell it in UNLESS 1) selling it will relieve you of a massive headache and is worth the loss in cash, 2) selling it will allow you to invest funds in a bigger and better deal (happy scenario) or 3) some life circumstance happens and you just need cash bad, for medical or a home emergency (sad scenario) - people are selling stuff at a loss everyday because they really need/want the cash for something else.  

This way I get true disaster insurance as we keep our medical bills pretty low each year.The best medical insurance in my opinion is a plant based diet, no smoking, at least some exercise.

Common sense and my own experience would tell me you're spot on, however as I'm sure you're aware, it can be a useful exercise mapping real data to things after thinking about it!!!

One exception was the 10x rule by grant cardone but that one he recorded himself.I just don't get the retention, applicability, satisfaction, or sense of adventure from listening to an audiobook that I do from reading a physical book.The odd thing is that I'm a millenial and a radiologist  (a very tech oriented medical field).
