I read a lot of negative threads by people who insist that investing is a certain way (the way that they have experienced it) and they propagate their message of negativity and then they are praised for doing so by others that have similar mindsets and, like the media effect, the loudest opinions or most repeated opinions are looked at as true because so many people appear to be supporting that way of thinking.

Getting a social media presence is on my list to do, but haven't actually done it yet - I'm interested in possibly doing some pay-per-click Facebook ads too.  

You could then reach out to those people via a whole variety of means (emails, social media, handwritten letters, etc.). 

Additionally, I have read about some folks using social media to obtain leads or contact folks.  

Integrity is the key in construction. 

Mario, in my opinion scams people out of a large down payment, makes promises he doesn't keep, lies, threatens, and has no business integrity.

@James Carlson - While I don't remember the specifics, I read an article early fall of last year that searched several social media platforms that ranked the word "hip" relating to major cities and found Colorado Springs at the #1 spot.
