It's called a BTU meter, measures the temperature and flow of incoming and outgoing water to determine how many BTUs the tenant has used.

They sell spare strips so that you can reverse course when you want to work from a hallway to room, or back into a closet.Here is the flooring running right in front of the closet (grip strip facing the opposite direction)Measure out a length of the grip strip.peel of the backing and place half lengthwise under the plank- and now you simply reverse right into the closet.Easy peasy.

If you send by first class mail, including first class presort, your nixies should be returned at no additional cost to you.If you measure response rates (hopefully you do) there may be a trade off by including the return service requested message which now discloses to the recipient that this is business  mail.
