Hey BP, My wife and I are looking to move out of NYC within the next 15 months and are trying to make an educated decision on where to go.

The issue is I'd like to give my tenant some certainty he'll get an abatement, since this affects his decision to stay or leave.Using my own policy is not an option.

Seems like an easy decision the more I think about it. 

Then if the judge make decision in your favor, that lady will have i think 10 days to leave.

Many have, for all practical purposes, lost decision making control. 

Tying up your capital for 10 years just to get the same rate of return that you could get in an index fund does not seem like a smart decision, given the increased risk of a project like this as a new investor.
